Description

The image was constructed by scanning in a swan's feather into Photoshop, then using an Action, duplicating the feather, rotating it and reducing it in size, to create the effect. The colour was then adjusted. - Variation of Starburst 1.

Really effective... makes me think of a windmill though. I like the warm colour you've used.
